Three #WCD17 Cocktail Recipes from the Bohemia Bar and Restaurant, Jersey

Looking for a twist on some traditional cocktails to celebrate World Cocktail Day?

The Bohemia Bar and Restaurant in Jersey has shared three of its top cocktail recipes.

Showcasing the bar’s focus on cognacs and cocktails, from a Champagne topped Mojito to a Martini made with Lanique’s rose liqueur, you can get creative with these easy to recreate at home cocktail recipes.

Champagne Mojito

Champagne Mojito Photo50ml Rum
2 Teaspoons Sugar
6 Mint Leaves
Half Lime
Champagne (To top)

Method: Muddle mint, sugar and lime with a muddler or the back of a spoon until the sugar dissolves for about 30 seconds. Add ice and rum then top with chilled Champagne and garnish with a sprig of mint.


Laniquetini Photo50ml Lanique
25ml Gin

Method: Shake the Lanique and Gin in a shaker filled with ice. Strain and serve in chilled cocktail glass.


Summit Photo50ml Cognac
Lemonade (To top)

Method: Place lime peel and ginger slices into a glass, add 25ml of Cognac and gently muddle. Fill the glass halfway with ice and add 25ml of Cognac and lemonade to top. Garnish with cucumber peel.
